the mining, construction and real estate industries in the Sub Sahara

in Southern Africa, the Middle East and South East Asia with whom we
partner with to deliver specialised and tailor made solutions to our
clients.
DTM Group through our established network leverages all this experience and
exposure to local and international markets by approaching all our client trade
facilitation and procurement needs via our business process framework
Identify – Identify the clients’ trade facilitation and procurement needs and
requirements as per the clients’ brief
Analyse – Analyse what trade facilitation and procurement processes to use to
achieve the clients’ needs and requirements by looking at the whole process and
coming up with a best fit model
Execute – Execute the clients’ needs and requirements to give a value for money
service and ensure that client expectations are met as per the brief by completing all
administrative, compliance, finance and logistical support
